Claire trained as an Opera singer during her years at music college, singing nothing but a classical repetoire. When moving back to the North East of England she decided to 'branch out' and has sung with various Function Bands. She enjoys all styles of singing and is not averse to trying them. Buddha Lounge is a band that can release her Soul voice. |

Graeme is a fabulous funk guitarist and like many of this band, has been about the North east music scene for many years. He is passionate about music and his enjoyment of it is evident when listening to him. He has also bee likened to Super Ted on many an occasion. |

Julian is a keen keys master. He is a very adaptable musicaian who has been involved in the 'music business' for some time. He has played with many musicians doing many stylesthroughout the years and is also a very competent producer. |

Steve is originally from the South East of England and was classically trained on Clarinet, spending a few years with
Surrey Youth Orchestra.
He then switched to Tenor Sax at 16 and joined his first band doing mainly Soul and R'n'B.
His second band saw him go pull time with a couple of stints abroad.
His third band was purely Rock 'n' Roll, playing with the original drummer of The Pirates - Frank Farley.
He recently played with The Barnstormers before playing with Buddha Lounge.

Peter has been playing drums from age 6 or 7years, firstly in a marching band , then the city of Newcastle Scottish Pipes & Drums Band. Since then he has played in various pub & club bands such as The Roosters, Wallstreet, Wishblowin Ash, and many more. With Buddha Lounge he has found a band that truly matches his style of playing Soul and Funk. |

Trev has 'been around' for a long while and is a keen promoter of anything Funk. Trev has played in various function bands around the north east of England and seems to know every other band going! He is the 'Leader' of our Band. |
